Clifton Moore (b. February 15, 1949) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He has represented District 26 since 2012 and represented District 23 from 2004 to 2012. He currently serves as an Assistant Majority Whip.

Moore earned his BA from West Virginia State College. He went on to received his MA and PhD from Kennedy Western University.

Moore is a school administrator.[1]

Moore ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 26. Moore defeated Ed Evans and Edwin Ray Vanover in the May 8 primary election and was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]

Moore was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 23 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He defeated Democrats Ed Evans and Emily W. Yeager in the May 11 primary. He was unopposed in the general election. [5][6][7]
