A Clinton Township Cemetery Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Clinton which is in Fulton County.

This measure sought to replace the current cemetery levy with one set at a rate of $.05 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for maintenance and operational costs of the cemetery in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

A replacement of 0.4 mill of an existing levy and an increase of 0.1 mill to constitute tax for the benefit of Clinton Township (including the City of Wauseon) for the purpose of maintenance and operating expenses of Wauseon Union Cemetery at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.05 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
