Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

“Shall the ordinance of the Clio Public Utility District adopting a special parcel tax of $95.24 per

parcel, commencing January 1, 2014, be adopted to provide funding necessary for emergency services consisting of fire protection services and basic life support provided by the Graeagle Fire Protection District?”[1][2]
