The Club for Growth is involved in finding primary challengers for GOP incumbents in safe Republican districts that it refers to as RINOs (Republicans in name only). It launched the website called "www.PrimaryMyCongressman.com" to highlight those Republicans with liberal voting records who have failed to consistently vote on limiting government.[3]

According to the Sunlight Foundation, the Club for Growth Action PAC spent $16,585,176 on the 2012 elections. Of those funds, 41.37 percent achieved the desired result, based on Sunlight Foundation analysis.[4]
