|“||The current City Charter prohibits a person from serving more than two consecutive full terms on the City Council arising out of a general election. The Charter does not define the meaning of the phrase "full term." Shall the Charter be amended to define the phrase "full term" to mean a person serving for more than two (2) years of any one council term arising out of a general election?||”|
