Colby Schwartz (b. April 8, 1974) is a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented District 43 since 2006. He is currently a Deputy Majority Whip and former Assistant Majority Whip.

Schwartz earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oklahoma City University in 1995. He is employed as a sales representative. He and his wife, Brenda, have one child, Campbell.
