Colin Bennett was a Green Party candidate for District 33 of the Connecticut State Senate.[1] The primary election was on August 10, 2010 and the general election was on November 2, 2010.


Bennett earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Education from Southern Connecticut State University. He is a graduate student of Women's Studies at Connecticut State University.[1]

Bennett was uncontested in the August 10 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Democrat Eileen Daily in the November 2 general election.


Bennett has one daughter. They live in Westbrook, Connecticut.[1]
