One statewide ballot measures is certified for the November 4, 2014 ballot in the state of Colorado.

The 2014 legislative session began on January 8, 2014 and concluded on May 7, 2014. During that time, no legislatively-referred constitutional amendments were sent to the ballot.

A total of 145 initiatives have filed for potential spots on the 2014 ballot in Colorado. However, many of these are repeat filings of nearly identical initiatives. Initiative sponsors sometimes file multiple versions of the same measure in order to increase the likelihood of it landing on the ballot.

Currently, there is only one citizen's initiative certified for the November ballot, which addresses abortion. At least 29 other initiatives have the potential to land on the general election ballot. The signature filing deadline for these measures is August 6, 2014, the second-to-last deadline in 2014, followed only by Oklahoma's September 5 date. Supporters will need to collect at least 86,105 valid signatures by the deadline in order to put the measures before voters.
