Text of measure

Language on the ballot:

Shall there be an amendment to repeal Article V, Section 50 of the Colorado Constitution and to provide instead that the state and its agencies, institutions, and political subdivisions shall not prohibit the use of public funds for medical services for a woman solely because of her choice of whether or not to continue her pregnancy?[1]
