Colorado Blue Book bill passes State House

DENVER, Colorado: A bill requiring more information to be disclosed in the Colorado Blue Book passed its first legislative hurdle.
The Colorado House of Representatives approved House Bill 11-1035 by a 54-10 vote on January 31, 2011. [1] [2] One lawmaker was excused from voting. [1]
HB 11-1035 would require a statement before each measure in the Blue Book if it is referred by lawmakers or initiated. [3] [4] The bill has been referred to the Senate State, Veterans, and Military Affairs Committee. [2]
