The Colorado District Attorney is responsible for some prosecution of the state's campaign finance laws.

There is an elected district attorney in each of the state's 22 judicial districts[1].

Campaign finance discipline

The Colorado District Attorney is responsible for prosecuting criminal violations of campaign finance laws and matters that are not in the jurisdiction of the state's campaign finance laws set by the Colorado Constitution[2]. All other complaints are handled by the Colorado Secretary of State.
