The Colorado Funds for Old Age Pensions Act, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure appropriated $1.5 million in funds annually for old age pensions in order to pay the full pension to each recipient.[1]
