The Colorado Civil Service Exemptions Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have exempted the Governor’s staff, one secretary to elected officials and heads of departments from civil service.[1]
