The Colorado Old Age Pension Allocation Increase Amendment, also known as Measure 4, was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have increased the monthly guaranteed minimum allocation for an old age pension to $55.[1]
