Colorado Issue 7 (1914)

Colorado Issue 7 (1914) was a measure providing that intitiated measures rejected by people cannot again be intiated for 6 years, and if two conflicting measures be adopted at the same election, the one recieving the largest affirmitive vote shall prevail. It failed.
