The Colorado One-Mill Levy for State Education Institutions Amendment, also known as Measure 7, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided an additional one-mill tax levy for state education institutions.[1]
