The Colorado Limit on Working Hours of Firefighters Act, also known as Measure 5, was on the November 4, 1952 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have deemed unlawful the employment of any firefighter for more than 60 hours per week.[1]
