The Colorado Abolishment of State Tax Commission Amendment, also known as Measure 5, was on the November 7, 1916 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have abolished the State Tax Commission and transferred the commission's duties to the State Board of Equalization.[1]
