The Colorado Spending Cap Amendment of 1988, also known as "Colorado Amendment One," was proposed as an initiated constitutional amendment to the Colorado Constitution. It failed.

The measure was a precursor to the Colorado Spending Cap Amendment (1990), which also failed, and to Colorado Amendment One (1992), which passed.
