Three Concord, Jackson and Harrison Levy Renewal measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in these three areas which are in Muskingum County.

The township of Harrison sought to renew their recreation levy of 1 mill for a further five years, the township of Jackson sought to renew their road levy of 2 mills for a further five years and the village of Concord sought to replace their current road levy with one at a rate of 3.2 mills for a further five years..[1]
