Coronado hospital land vote, Proposition F, 2008

Proposition F, or the Coronado Hospital Foundation Purchase Package, appeared on the November 4, 2008 ballot in San Diego County, California for voters in the city of Coronado.

The proposed measure is advisory.

It is about whether the Community Development Agency of the City of Coronado should purchase the hospital property from the Coronado Hospital Foundation for $20.1 million paid over a 15-year term and also provide a forgivable loan of $7 million for hospital capital projects to the Coronado Hospital Foundation, using funds borrowed from the City's General Fund reserve?

Measure F was approved with 78.31% of the vote.
