A Coventry Township Road Levy Renewal measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Coventry which is in Summit County.

- YES 885 (58.07%)
- NO 639 (41.93%)[1]
This measure sought to renew the current road levy which is set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for road and bridge construction and repair costs in the township.[2]
