The question on the ballot:
|Shall the Governing Board of Creighton Elementary School District No. 14 of Maricopa County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget which includes an amount that exceeds the applicable revenue control limit specified by statute by fifteen percent for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six subsequent years as described below? The existing override will phase out by reducing one-third for fiscal year 2016-2017 and an additional one-third for fiscal year 2017-2018 if the voters do not approve the continuation.|
