He held various managerial positions before he became the owner of various small businesses. Most recently, he owned Wonder Years Childcare Center. He now works part-time as an energy consultant for McFarlane. In his community, he sat on the East Grand Forks School Board for 16 years and on the Grand Forks City Council for 10 years.
Kreun earned his B.S. in Education from Mayville State University. He and his wife Linda have two children and six grandchildren.[1]
