R. Curt Webb (b. October 25, 1949) is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 5 since 2007.

Webb was appointed to the Utah State House of Representatives in March of 2003. He was a candidate for the Utah House in 2004 but was not elected.

Webb has been the President of Cache Title Company since 2001.

Webb earned his BA in Business Management from Utah State University in 1986.
