  • The County Clerk acknowledges it maintains the county's public records and provides an office address, office phone number, email and fee schedule for documents.[3]
  • Zoning ordinances and permit applications are available online.[4]
  • The county Assessor provides information on property taxes.[5] The site allows residents to pay property taxes online.[6]

The bad

  • Could not find a page dedicated to providing budget and audits for the past 3-5 years, including the most recent documents.
  • Approved contract statements are not available for vendors above $10,000.
  • If the county engaged in lobbying activities or if it is a member of lobbying associations is not disclosed. Nor is the total cost lobbying activities or membership dues for associations available.
