Cynthia Stafford (b. July 11, 1967) is a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives. She has represented District 109 since 2010.

Stafford is a private attorney in Miami and previously worked as a congressional aide to U.S. Rep. Carrie P. Meek. She received her B.A. from St. Thomas University and her J.D. from that university's school of law.
