Dale M. Erdey (b. December 6, 1954) is a Republican member of the Louisiana Senate, representing District 13.

Education

Erdey earned his BS in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 1976.

Professional experience

Erdey is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Insurance Agent. He is owner/agent of Erdley Insurance Agency Incorporated.

Political experience

Erdey was Mayor of the Town of Livingston from 1993 to 1997. He has served in the Louisiana State House of Representatives from 1999 to 2007. He joined the Louisiana State Senate in 2008. He has served in that position since, representing the 13th district.
