Dan Pabon (b. October 18, 1977) is a Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives. He has represented the 4th district since 2011.

Pabon earned his BSME in Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001. He went on to receive his JD from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005.

Pabon was a senior associate of Holland and Hart Limited Liability Partnership from 2005 to 2010. He was also a member of the Obama Biden Presidential transition team.

Pabon won re-election in the 2012 election for Colorado House of Representatives District 4. He ran unopposed in the June 26, 2012, Democratic primary. He defeated David William Dobson (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
