Biography
Ramos earned a Bachelor's degree from Ohio State University. He worked as a legislative aide to former Representative Joseph F. Koziura. He eventually became a senior policy and budget analyst to the Speaker of the House and House Minority Leader. Ramos has also been a caseworker for the Lorain County Department of Job and Family Services.
