Dansville & Leslie School District Levy Measures, 3 (August 2010)

Three School District Levy Measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the school districts of Dansville and Leslie which are in Ingham County.

All three measures were approved

The Danville school measure sought to renew the building and sinking fund levy which help pay for acquiring new building sites as well and construction of new buildings, the levy will be at a rate of $1 per $1,000 of assessed property and will be in place for a further ten years.

  • NO 363 (33.86%)

The first Leslie school measure sought to continue to levy the current $17.06 per $1,000 of assessed property on non primary residential property within the district for a further ten years.

  • YES 794 (57.25%) Approveda
  • NO 593 (42.75%)

The second Leslie school measure also sought to continue to levy the current $.93 per $1,000 of assessed property on non primary residential property within the district for a further ten years.[1]
