Dave Young is a Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 50. He was first appointed to the chamber on July 28, 2011. Young was selected to finish the term of James Riesberg, who took a job with Gov. John Hickenlooper as the state's Insurance Commissioner.[1]
