A Davenport School District 207 Operations Tax Levy Replacement proposition was approved on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Lincoln County, which is in Washington.

Language on the ballot:

The Board of Directors of Davenport School District No. 207 adopted Resolution No. 12-04, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to meet the educational needs of its students by levying the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, for essential maintenance and operation not funded by the State, including educational programs, student services and operations:[2]
