Davenport School District 207 Operations Tax Levy Replacement Proposition (February 2013)
This proposition authorized the Davenport School District to impose a replacement property tax levy with the estimated annual tax rate of 4.3 mills ($4.30 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for three years in order to fund maintenance and operations of the District. |“||The Board of Directors of Davenport School District No. 207 adopted Resolution No. 12-04, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to meet the educational needs of its students by levying the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, for essential maintenance and operation not funded by the State, including educational programs, student services and operations:||”|
