David Brinkley is a Republican member of the Maryland Senate, representing District 4. Brinkley has been a member of the Senate since January 8, 2003.
Brinkley received a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park (1981). Brinkley also attended American College, Bryan Mawr, Pennsylvania (1985). He is an estate and financial planner. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Frederick County, the Western Maryland Charter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, American Society of Charter Life Underwriters and Chartered Financial Consultants.[1]
Brinkley served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from January 11, 1995 to January 8, 2003.
