David Chang is a Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Hawaii in the 2014 elections.[1]

Chang ran for District 28 in the Hawaii House of Representatives in the 2010 state legislative elections. He was defeated in the general election on November 2, 2010.

Chang is running for election to the office of Lieutenant Governor of Hawaii. He is seeking the Republican nomination in the primary on August 9.[1] The general election takes place November 4, 2014.

Chang had no opposition in the September 18 primary. He lost to Karl Rhoads in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
