From Ballotpedia
David Goldstein blogs under the name "Goldy" on his blog HorsesAss.Org.
In 2003, Goldstein filed Washington Initiative 831 (2003), intended as a sature of Tim Eyman. A short ballot summary of I-831 said, "This measure would set forth “whereas” recitals characterizing Tim Eyman and initiatives he sponsored, followed by a resolution labeling him using a vernacular term that denotes the back end of a horse.)".
A judge issued an injunction shutting down the ballot campaign supporting I-831.
In 2004, Goldstein started blogging on HorsesAss.Org and on his website, says his blog is "the most influential blog in WA state."
