David Lillis was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 46 of the Michigan House of Representatives. He ran for the same seat in 2010, and the District 16 Senate seat in 1998.[1]

Lillis is a mid-level officer aboard the cruise ship MS Pride of America as the Executive Sous Chef. He has a degree in culinary arts.[2]

Lillis ran in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 46. He was defeated by Daniel W. Sargent in the Democratic primary on August 7.[3][4]

2010

Lillis ran for election to the District 46 Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Bradford Jacobsen in the general election on November 2, 2010.
