David Kramer, a lawyer at Baird Holm in Omaha, Nebraska, is the campaign manager and spokesperson for Nebraskans United. Nebraskans United opposes the Nebraska Civil Rights Initiative, 424 (2008) and has, as its goal, preventing the measure from appearing on the November 4, 2008 ballot. He is a former chair of the Nebraska Republican Party.

In 2006, Kramer unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate, although he was endorsed by the state's largest newspaper, the Omaha World Herald. In 2007, Kramer donated to the U.S. Senate campaign of Chuck Hagel.[1]
