Litvack served as Minority Leader.
Litvack was the Associate Director of The National Conference for Community and Justice for the Utah Region from 1996 to 2004. He then worked as a Volunteer/Advisory Coordinator for the Rape Recovery Center from 2004 to 2005. He has been the Operations Director of Colors of Success since 2005.
Litvack earned his BS in Psychology/Sociology from Westminster College in 1994. He went on to receive his MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago in 1996.
