David Rainey is a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 11th District since 2004.

Rainey currently works as a Program Manager with Southwest Educational Development Laboratory. He has previously worked as Director of the Arkansas School for Mathematics and Sciences, Building Administrator for Dumas Public Schools, and as a school principal.

Rainey is President of the Arkansas Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Executive Council member of the International Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and President of the Dumas Chamber of Commerce.[1]
