Biography
Taylor earned his BA in Geography/Land Studies from Central Washington University. Taylor has been Planning Director for Kittitas County Planning Department, and Director of the Kittitas County Community Development Services Department. Taylor is owner of Taylor Consulting Group, specializing in land-use, water and agriculture issues, policy development and government relations, and owner of Taylor Angus Ranch. He is co-owner of D Bar D Custom Fabricators.[1]

Taylor won re-election in the 2012 election for Washington House of Representatives District 15b. Taylor was unopposed in the blanket primary on August 7, 2012 and defeated Pablo Gonzalez (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[3]

David Taylor was re-elected to the Washington State House of Representatives District 15. He was unopposed in the August 17, 2010 primary. He defeated Democrat Tom Silva in the November 2, 2010 general election.[4]
