David Walker (b. January 16, 1952) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He has represented District 33 since 2008.

Walker received his Diploma from Herbert Hoover High School.

Walker served in the West Virginia National Guard. He has also worked as a Pastor of the Procious Community Church and as a heavy equipment operator.[1]

Walker ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 33. Walker was opposed by Dan D. Sizemore in the May 8 primary election. The general election took place on November 6, 2012. Walker ran unopposed in the general election.[2][3][4]

Walker was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 33 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He defeated Democrat Ronald Blankenship in the May 22 primary. He was unopposed in the general election. [5][6][7]
