Debbie Regala (b. April 27, 1945) is a former Democratic member of the Washington State Senate, representing District 27 from 2001 to 2013. Regala served as Assistant Democratic Floor Leader in the Senate, and as Majority Whip from 2005 to 2008.

Regala is a coordinator for an Environmental Restoration Project. She earned her BA in Foreign Language/Education from the University of Puget Sound in 1968.
