Deborah Kottel (b. June 15, 1952) is a former Democratic member of the Montana House of Representatives. She represented the 20th District from 1995-1999 and 2007-2011. State term limits disqualified her from re-election in 2010.

Kottel holds a J.D. from DePaul University. She is a Grant Writer, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Montana and professor at the University of Great Falls.[1]
