Debra Hilstrom (b. June 21, 1968) is a Democratic-Farmer Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 40B since 2013 and currently serving as State House Deputy Minority Leader. She previously represented District 46B from 2001 to 2013.

Hilstrom is owner and operator of a small business. Prior to joining the House, she served on the Brooklyn Center City Council from 1995-2000.

Hilstrom is President of the Brooklyn Center Swim Club, and a member of the Brooklyn Center Domestic Abuse Intervention Program and Brooklyn Center City Planning Commission. She is married and has 2 children.[1]
