Debra Maggart (b. October 11, 1960) is a former Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 45th District from 2005 to 2012.

She served as Majority Whip, and served as Majority Chairman from 2011-2012.[1]

Maggart was re-elected to the 45th District seat in 2010. She defeated Democrat Charles Ihrig and independent Jay Kalbes in the general election took place on November 2, 2010. She was unopposed for the August 5 primary.[7][8][9]
