The At-large congressional district of Delaware is a congressional district comprising the entire state of Delaware.


The current representative of the at-large congressional district is John C. Carney Jr. (D).

2010

On November 2, 2010, John C. Carney, Jr. won election to the United States House of Representatives. He defeated Glen Urquhard (R), Earl R. Lofland (I), Brent A. Wangen (L), Jeffrey Brown (I) in the general election.[1]
