Two Delaware Township Fire and Road Levy Measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the township of Delaware, which is in Sanilac County.

The first measure sought to increase the current road levy by $2 per $1,000 of assessed property value for the next three years in order to further fund the maintenance, construction and dust control of roads in the township.

The second measure sought to increase the current fire levy by $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value for the next three years in order to help pay for equipment, maintenance and operational costs of the fire department in the township.[1]
