Two down ballot state executive positions are up for election in the state of Delaware in 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014, following a primary on September 9.

Delaware is one of 12 states to use a strictly closed primary process, in which the selection of a party's candidates in an election is limited to registered party members.[1][2][3]
