The question on the ballot:

Shall the Charter Township of Delhi, Ingham County, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Five Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,100,000) and issue its limited tax revenue bonds therefore, for the purpose of: acquiring, constructing and installing improvements to the Township’s sanitary sewer system to dewater and dry the Township’s sludge to reduce transportation and disposal costs, as well as all other necessary and related improvements?
